"Brilliant manager." Uh-huh. He was able to kill tens of millions and REMAIN in power. Hitler went and got his whole country occupied. I think that would make him an "adequate manager?" Poor Churchill didn't kill millions, didn't let his country get overrun, and didn't even die while in office. Clearly a "poor manager."
