Fry 'em

I would call this a good chance to demonstrate the meaning of transparent government. Much of the work done by the CPA will be hard to track and investigate - simply because there were many GOOD folks out there making things happen in an environment where receipts, competitive bidding, or firm pricing were absolutely unheard of. The great work THEY did needs to be separated from the work of those who chose to use that system for their own personal gain.
